03 · RECORD GOVERNANCE

Public trace verification shows only confirmed, non-commercially-sensitive information. Customer identity, supplier cost, banking data and other protected records remain available only to authorized buyers, suppliers and employees.
Page records support coordination and verification. Final specifications, quantity, price, lead time, inspection scope, Incoterms and responsibility are governed by the confirmed quotation, contract, purchase order and quality documents.
