Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts. You must provide accurate business information, protect account credentials and use the platform only for lawful industrial procurement. Buyer and supplier registration does not constitute certification, endorsement or verification of manufacturing capability.

2. Procurement system role. VALVE.ME provides information, sourcing and transaction coordination. Unless an order document expressly states otherwise, VALVE.ME is not the manufacturer, project owner, certification body, payment institution or logistics carrier.

3. RFQs, quotations and orders. Product pages and reference prices are preliminary information, not binding offers. Specifications, standards, inspection, documentation, price, tax, Incoterms, payment, delivery and warranty become binding only in an accepted quotation, purchase order or contract.

4. Data rule. RFQs and contact details remain private business records. They do not enter the public platform database. Only after a genuine order is confirmed may anonymized technical order data be reviewed and published; names, companies, emails and direct identifiers remain private.

5. Acceptable use and intellectual property. You may not scrape, copy at scale, republish, reverse engineer, misrepresent credentials, upload unlawful material, interfere with security, or use platform content to train models without written permission. VALVE.ME branding, editorial content and database organization remain protected.

6. Risk, suspension and liability. Industrial valve selection requires engineering confirmation. Users remain responsible for specifications and lawful use. Accounts or content may be suspended for fraud, infringement or security risk. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law; mandatory statutory rights are not excluded.
